If you are a fun, adaptable, caring and committed individual then we would love to hear from you. Previous experience in supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health and Autism is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided by our dedicated training team.

iDirect support people who have a learning disability, autism and mental health to live in their own homes in the community. Each person has a package of support uniquely designed around them, to ensure they have a good meaningful life as citizens.
