Working in iDirect may be good for your career. You will have a good work and life balance, as you will generally work with no more than 2-3 individuals.

We provide in-person training in our own training centre through our trainers and external trainers, where needed. Topics include the following and other bespoke subjects depending on the unique needs of the people we support.
